Countryside Views: A Trip to Martilongo I

Last week, My Countryhome´s lens-man went to "Martilongo", a small Algarve´s village. On his way he took some countryside pictures:

The road that goes from "Ameixial" to "Martilongo"

It´s Winter in Portugal but, as you can see in the pictures above, in south Portugal we don´t have snow. Instead, near Martilongo, you´ll find green pastures like this one:

Next week, I´ll post more Martilongo´s countryside pictures.
A good Sunday to all!

Que belas fotos de facto!
Já estou cheia de saudade do Algarve!
LOL!
Bjinhos.

hi yeah it looks nice, but a hard place to live. I lived in Martilongo during the 1987-89, At the time with my grandma, and my uncles, were black, and we all had negative response from the community. However, I had fun, running around in those fields with my Dog Bigo which got poisoned my the locals. The primary school was cold, and old, the teachers was really racist, mum had to talk to her. Well its sad I am trying to say something positive but the negative kills of the beauty of this place, so sad.
